JOINED OXFORD COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
July 2017

This is my 13 year teaching. I have taught special education at the kindergarten, second grade, third grade, elementary, middle school and high school levels. I have completed the year-long Statewide Autism Resources and Training (START) Project. I served as one of the peer to peer coordinators in my building. I’m very excited to be an educator in the community I live in. I am also looking forward to the benefits that the International Baccalaureate Program will provide me with to continue to be a critical thinker who is dedicated to lifelong learning and continuous improvement.

I have been a resident of Oxford for the past 8 years. My son Aidan attends Lakeville Elementary and is in the 5th grade. In the fall, we enjoy attending MSU sporting events and, in the summer, we enjoy spending time on Lake Michigan, traveling to Buffalo, Las Vegas and California to visit family members. In my spare time I enjoy running half-marathons and mountain biking.
