JOINED OXFORD COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
August 2012

I have been teaching since 2008. Before teaching in Oxford, I taught at an urban charter school, and as a Teaching Assistant in the School of Education at Oakland University. Since working in Oxford, I have been involved with Student Council, Code Club, and Oxford Robotics. Some favorite memories are building a 3D printer and doing the high-ropes course for the first time at 5th grade camp.

My mission is to guide and support my students in their growth as learners and citizens. My favorite time of the year is helping all of my students make a difference through action. I am proud to be part of an awesome school district like Oxford!

My husband and I live in Lake Orion with several pets and have three daughters. In addition to teaching, I enjoy traveling, reading, gardening, rock climbing, home renovation projects, and helping others.
