I believe that all children are capable of becoming independent learners and thinkers. If I had to identify a motto that describes my classroom it would be "Life is all about making mistakes and learning from them." This is something that I live by in my own life and certainly one that I model often in the classroom. Making mistakes isn't something to be afraid of, it's something to embrace and take on as a challenge to deepen understanding.
